Non-vehicle obstructions in on sidewalk (construction, garbage bins, EV charging cables etc. then email transportation@)
Adopt a traffic circle or adopt a storm drain project (although the requirements are onerous)
graffiti/tree trimming if blocking sidewalk or signs

Traffic calming - though this is really not effective
Report intersections needing daylighting via the 311 app
Report faded/missing crosswalks, etc. - not sure where this should be reported
request more bike parking, although apparently there is no funding

City of Berkeley’s 311 app can be used to report the following issues (registration required for you to track and recieve notification when the City takes action on your report). Download the app or click “Request for Service” to report via the website. Under “Type of Issue” select “Internet Request” which then brings up a menu of options:
